See All ReviewsGreat shop in a wonderful little NJ town. Wonderfully curated collection with items from 200 to 50 years old. The owner is a genial guy who lets you browse but is happy to engage when you're ready. Definitely worth stopping in!
Salvage This on Main Street in High Bridge, NJ is an absolute treasure trove and a must-visit for anyone who loves vintage finds and true discovery. The shop is packed—wall to wall and corner to corner—with fascinating collectibles, each with its own story waiting to be uncovered. What truly sets this place apart is the owner, Michael Baytoff. His depth of knowledge spans an impressive range of eras and objects, and he’s always genuinely happy to share an item’s history, lineage, and source. Conversations here feel like mini history lessons, never rushed and always engaging. Prices are refreshingly reasonable, making it easy to walk out with something special. Salvage This is pure delight for the curious adventurer—perfect for those who love to linger, explore every nook and cranny, and savor the joy of finding something unexpected in a truly gem-like shop. And be sure to visit the Polka Dot Cafe next store for some delicious breakfast or lunch treats!
